On May 2nd, Burnley lost against West Ham United and this marked the 4th successive defeat of Sean Dyche and his team who are currently competing just to stay alive in the Premier League for another season and somehow avoid the bottom relegation zone but this task is starting to become close to impossible for Burnley as they are going through a string of negative results and can’t seem to bounce back from it.

Sean Dyche kick-started his Burnley managerial career in superb form as he led the Championship League club to a promotion spot straight into the Premier League after only suffering 5 losses in the entire 2013-14 season.

But ever since Burnley was promoted to the Premier League things have taken a huge turn for the worse as the team just doesn’t seem to be good enough to compete in the top tier English League and the future of Sean Dyche is being linked away from Burnley.

The 43 year old English manager, Sean Dyche is turning into a possible candidate to take charge of the English Championship League Derby County as more rumors are popping up each day which link Dyche with Derby County but Sean Dyche has already stated that despite being at the bottom of the Premier League, he is enjoying things as the coach of Burnley.

Sean Dyche expressed his joy in being in charge of Burnley as he said: “I think it’s quite obvious, I am enjoying the challenge here. I am not looking further afield. I am enjoying the challenge here.”

Even if Sean Dyche is happy in Burnley, the problem that might emerge is that fans of the club are starting to become impatient and some have even suggested that he should be sacked as the manager continues utilizing a 4-4-2 formation that has not given him positive results and it’s starting to become outdated for a team that can yield better results with another formation instead of using wingers who have the task of defending as well as go upfront in the attack which has placed the squad in unfavorable situations on numerous occasions.
